1. Acceptance
By engaging Dive2Click Pvt Ltd for services or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please contact us before proceeding with an engagement.
2. Services Description
Services are scoped individually per engagement — see our Services pages for the categories of work we perform. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are defined in a separate written agreement before work begins.
3. Payment & Engagement Terms
Payment schedules, milestones, and engagement models (fixed-scope, dedicated team, or retainer) are agreed in writing per project. Standard terms are outlined during the scoping conversation.
4. IP Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property in custom-developed deliverables transfers to the client upon final payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal accelerators remain our property.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and are willing to sign a mutual NDA before any detailed scoping discussion.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection protections applicable in a client's own jurisdiction.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date on this page.
