FAQ

Everything we’d want to know before reaching out.

Engagement models, timelines, pricing and security — answered before you have to ask for them.

General

Where is your team based?

We're headquartered in Pakistan with a fully distributed engineering team, staffed to overlap with US, UK, and EU business hours in real time.

What industries do you work with?

Startups, SMBs, enterprises, and agencies — with specific domain experience in healthcare, fintech, logistics, education, and manufacturing.

Engagement & Pricing

Do you work on fixed price or hourly?

Fixed scope, fixed price for well-defined projects; a dedicated-team model for ongoing or evolving work. We'll recommend which fits after a scoping call — never before.

Is pricing published on the website?

No — every project's scope is different enough that a public price list would be misleading either way. We quote after understanding what you actually need.

Technical

Can you take over a project another team started?

Yes. We start with a technical audit of the existing codebase before proposing any changes, so recommendations are grounded in what's actually there.

Which technologies do you specialize in?

React/TypeScript on the frontend, Python/Flask or Node on the backend, PostgreSQL, and AWS — see the Technologies page for the full stack and why we reach for each tool.

Security & Compliance

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, standard practice before any detailed scoping conversation begins.

Can you build for regulated industries like healthcare or fintech?

Yes — we design access control, audit logging, and data handling around HIPAA and PCI-DSS/PSD2 expectations respectively, from day one rather than retrofitted later.

Support

What happens after launch?

Every project includes a post-launch support window. Ongoing maintenance beyond that is a separate SLA-backed engagement — see Maintenance & Support.

How fast do you respond to support requests?

Response-time tiers are defined in the maintenance SLA, agreed before the engagement starts — never left ambiguous.
